These Terms & Conditions apply to all website visitors, customers, and clients who commission aluminium fabrication, glass partition installations, or custom mirror manufacturing from Rahman Aluminium & Glass Works Sialkot.
02. Our Services
Rahman Aluminium & Glass Works provides professional craftsmanship in the following disciplines:
- Custom Mirror Design & Manufacturing: LED backlit mirrors, organic wavy mirrors, smart touch mirrors, vanity dressing tables, and beveled decorative wall mirrors.
- Aluminium Fabrication & Installation: Modern aluminium entrance doors, sliding doors, double-glazed windows, casement windows, and shopfront shutters.
- Glass Work & Partitions: Office tempered glass partitions, frameless glass shower cabins, glass balustrades, and table tops.
- Regional Scope: All services, fabrication, and installations are provided across Sialkot city, Daska, Sambrial, Pasrur, and surrounding areas in Punjab, Pakistan.
03. Quotations & Pricing
- Validity: All quotations and estimates provided via WhatsApp, email, or written invoice are strictly valid for 7 days from the date of issue due to raw material price fluctuations (aluminium extrusions and float glass).
- Customization Variance: Final prices may vary based on exact on-site laser measurements, glass thickness (8mm, 10mm, 12mm tempered), and hardware finishes.
- Advance Payment: A 50% advance deposit is mandatory prior to material procurement and the commencement of fabrication.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of installation and customer inspection.
- Currency: All prices and estimates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Our streamlined 6-step project workflow ensures transparency from design concept to final installation:
05. Delivery & Installation
- Sialkot City: Delivery within Sialkot municipal limits is provided free of charge for all custom mirror and aluminium installations.
- Daska & Sambrial: Moderate transportation charges apply for deliveries outside Sialkot city limits.
- Installation Included: Professional fitting and wall mounting are included in all confirmed project orders.
- Production Timeline: Orders are typically manufactured and installed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on order size and custom specifications.
06. Warranty
We stand firmly behind the durability and craftsmanship of our installations:
6 Months Warranty covering the LED strip lighting system, touch sensors, and internal power adapters.
1 Year Warranty covering frame structural integrity, joints, and roller hardware performance.
3 Months Warranty on installation alignment, silicone weather seals, and mounting clamps.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and installation faults. It does not cover accidental physical glass breakage, misuse, chemical cleaners on mirror silvering, unauthorized electrical tampering, or natural disasters (earthquakes, flooding).
07. Payment Terms
We accept the following secure and convenient payment methods in Sialkot and surrounding areas:
- Cash: Payable on site or at our Sialkot workshop upon receipt.
- JazzCash: Mobile account transfer to +92 302 1054485 (Rahman).
- EasyPaisa: Mobile account transfer to +92 302 1054485 (Rahman).
- Bank Transfer: Official commercial IBAN bank details provided upon request for corporate clients.
08. Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 Hours: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund of the deposit, provided fabrication has not commenced.
- After Work Begins: Once custom glass tempering, beveling, or aluminium profile cutting has begun, the 50% advance deposit is non-refundable.
- Mid-Work Cancellations: If an order is cancelled while in mid-production, the customer will be billed for actual raw material and labor expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
09. Limitation of Liability
"Rahman Aluminium & Glass Works is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the services provided."
We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, power grid outages, material shortages, or weather disruptions beyond our direct control.
10. Governing Law
"These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sialkot courts."
